3 cups sliced zucchini ½ cup chopped onion ½ cup chopped tomatoes ½ cup grated cheese Seasoning to taste
Lay zucchini on a plate. Sprinkle onions & tomatoes on top. Salt & pepper lightly (or use Italian herb mix). Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Microwave for 1 minute or until cheese is melted and vegetables tender.
