Easy Turkey Chili
A Dairy Free Recipe

For those who are lactose intolerant, dairy allergic, or just avoiding milk products.

Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey
1 - 8 ounce can of red kidney beans
1 - 8 ounce can of diced tomatoes
1 - 6 ounce can of tomato paste
1 cup water
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
In a skillet, brown the ground turkey until cooked. Add remaining ingredients and stir thoroughly. Let simmer for 30 minutes.

This chili is great the next day served over rice or egg noodles.
