Spiced Iced Coffee

1 cup cold water
1 6-ounce bottle cola
1/4 cup light cream
1 cup crushed ice
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon instant coffee
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Put all ingredients in blender container; cover and run on speed 5 (or high)  until smooth. Makes about 3 servings.
