Leftover Turkey Casserole

2 cups uncooked rice
3 ½ cups water
¼ cup chopped celery
¼ cup chopped onion
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
½ tsp sage
2 cups chopped turkey
2 cups turkey gravy

Cook rice with water, celery, onion, salt, pepper & sage.  

Add turkey & gravy. Put in an open casserole & bake for ½ hour at 375°F until top is browned. 

You can add cooked vegetables if you like to make it a complete meal.

This is as popular in my house as the turkey!
