Raquel's Too Good to be True
Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients:
2 lbs. thawed frozen hash browns
2 c. low-fat or fat-free sour cream
1 can (10 oz.) low-fat, reduced-sodium cream of mushroom soup
2 c. low-fat or fat-free shredded mozzarella cheese
2 c. crushed Light, fat-free Lay’s potato chips
1 stick margarine, melted
Directions:
1. Mix first 4 ingredients in a 9 x 13 in baking dish.
2. Sprinkle with the crushed potato chips.
3. Pour melted margarine over potato chips.
4. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees F.
