Roasted Asparagus

Eating more vegetables will improve your health. Here is a simple but delicious way to cook asparagus:

1 pound asparagus spears break tough ends off
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper

Preheat the oven to 500º. 

Place the asparagus on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and stir to coat. Roast for about 10 minutes, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve at room temperature.
