Cranberry Apple Crisp

Recipe of the Week

1 cup sugar
2 cups fresh cranberries
3 cups diced tart apples
1 cup quick oats
½ cup brown sugar
1/3 cup soft butter/margarine
1 cup chopped pecans

Mix the apples, cranberries & sugar and put in the bottom of a 9x13" greased pan. Mix the butter & sugar. Add the oats and pecans. Mix and spread on top of fruit mixture. 

Bake at 325°F for 1 hour.
