Chocolate Crackle SauceThis is the stuff that hardens when it touches the ice cream...
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup pecans, chopped fine
4 ounces sugar free/no carb chocolate, choppedIn a small, heavy saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the chopped pecans, stirring constantly until a light, golden brown. Remove from heat.
Immediately add the chocolate and stir until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Serve warm over low carb ice crem. Top with a "plop" [whipped cream] and a sprig of fresh mint.
